Eric Swalwell, a Democratic congressman from California, took to Twitter on Sunday to defend his support for a gun buyback program. But then the conversation got interesting when Swalwell threatened his pro-Second Amendment constituents with a nuclear war if they tried — hypothetically — to stand against the United States government.
