Maxine Waters alleges Trump is 'Putin's apprentice,' claims Putin is Trump's new moneybag in tirade

California Congresswoman Maxine Waters accused President Donald Trump of being "Putin's apprentice" following his meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Helsinki last week. Waters made the statement during an interview on MSNBC's AM Joy where she issued a laundry list of bogus allegations regarding Trump's relationship with Putin.
