Here's why millennials aren't actually lazy

Millennials have been labeled noncommittal, cynical, entitled, and even slacktivists. In response Grant Skeldon started Initiative Network to shift the culture by training millennials. He joined Tracy Levinson to discuss the power of intentional mentoring and the impact it makes on young adults.

Grant explained that many millennials seem listless because they have not yet found their calling.

He said most young people have a desire to do something bigger than themselves and have the greatest chance at success when they have been mentored by someone wiser and with more experience.
