Gitmo detainee sues the inventors of CIA interrogation techniques

Attorneys representing a Gitmo detainee are suing the creators of the CIA interrogation techniques utilized to fight the war on terror. The plaintiff is Abu Zubaydah, who was held in a secret CIA interrogation facility in Stare Kiejkuty, Poland, from December 2002-September 2003. Zubaydah was then transferred to Guantanamo Bay.

His attorneys are suing James Elmer Mitchell and John "Bruce" Jessen for their involvement in devising interrogation techniques. They additionally hope to uncover information on a secret CIA facility in Poland. Polish officials are under scrutiny for possibly creating or managing the rumored facility.
