Watch Brazil’s president get PISSED when Joe Biden SNUBS him TWICE on international stage

When you consider his slurred speech, senility, and his long list of gaffes, it’s no wonder Joe Biden is the poster child when it comes to making Americans cringe.

But yesterday during a joint press conference with Brazil, our fearless leader did something that wasn’t just cringey, it was downright humiliating.

Pat Gray plays a clip of Biden making an utter fool of himself at this conference.

First, on his way out to take the stage, he ran into the Brazilian flag, but we can overlook that.

It’s his response to Brazil’s president, Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, that’s absolutely inexcusable.

Speaking into the microphone, da Silva opens with, “Well, first of all, I would like to greet President Biden.”

But what’s Sleepy Joe doing? He’s not paying attention, that’s for sure. He’s messing around with his earpiece, completely disregarding da Silva’s greeting.

The unresponsiveness is so bad that da Silva asks twice whether Biden can hear him, clearly perturbed at his silence.

And how does Biden respond?

He nods, confirming that he did indeed hear da Silva but chose to ignore him anyway.

But it gets even worse.

At the end of the conference, Biden didn’t even shake da Silva’s hand. He shakes Gilbert Houngbo’s hand, but not da Silva’s.

“He is visibly pissed,” Pat says of da Silva, who looks outraged by Biden’s second dismissal of the day.

There’s no other way to say it: Joe Biden is “an embarrassment,” says Pat.
