Married Minnesota mom accused of having sex with 15-year-old hockey players after fight with husband

A married Minnesota mother is accused of having sex with two 15-year-old boys who were in town for a hockey tournament, according to a criminal complaint.

Allison Leigh Schardin, 38, was reportedly arrested on Thursday and charged with third- and fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct.

Authorities said Schardin was allegedly on a "staycation" with her family at a hotel in Roseville, roughly 15 miles from her hometown of Blaine, Minnesota. Schardin reportedly encountered teens from Colorado who were in town for a hockey tournament while at the hotel.

"According to the charges: While in a hotel hot tub with the teens on the evening of Jan. 14, Schardin told them she had marital problems," the Star-Tribune reported.

According to the Pioneer Press, "At the room, Schardin asked the boys their ages and told them they were young enough to be her kids."

Schardin allegedly began talking about "sex and stuff," and then got into bed with two of the boys, and asked them about their sexual experiences.

The New York Post reported, "Schadin then began sexual acts with two of the teens — while a third watched — and asked them to perform sexual acts on her."

The alleged victims told investigators that they felt pressure to engage in sexual activities with the married mother, and later asked her to leave their hotel room, according to police.

Schardin later showed up at a hockey tournament game where the teens were competing, according to police. She also allegedly sent text messages to the two boys when they returned home to Colorado.

When questioned by investigators, Schardin confessed to kissing and having sexual contact with two of the boys, according to the criminal complaint. She also allegedly admitted to asking the boys if they had a condom, but "claimed she wasn't going to go through with 'it."

Heavy.com reported, "Minnesota court records reveal that her husband, Anthony Schardin, filed for divorce against Allison Leigh Schardin on December 18, 2023."

Schardin is scheduled to appear in court on Monday.
