'The right wing bias of corporate media is nuts': Gun control advocate David Hogg raises eyebrows with his take on the media

Outspoken gun-control advocate David Hogg raised eyebrows on Wednesday by claiming that the media has a "right wing bias."

"If Biden did what Mitch did today the media would be covering non stop for the next two weeks. But because it’s a Republican it’s like nothing ever happened. The right wing bias of corporate media is nuts," Hogg tweeted.

Hogg was referring to the bizarre episode in which Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) stopped speaking mid-sentence on Wednesday and then proceeded to stand silently at a podium.

"Seek help," BlazeTV host Dave Rubin wrote in response to Hogg's comments about the media.

"This tweet should be in the Smithsonian. There has never been a more democrat post in history. The lack of awareness, the lack of shame, the double standard, the absolutely insanity and soy induced frail boy b****iness. Amazing. Absolute 10/10," Rosanne Barr tweeted.

"It takes real talent to be this dumb," Ned Ryun wrote.

"This parody account has me in stitches!!" Dean Cain tweeted.

"Once again, the left shows absolute cognitive dissonance. These people are brainwashed. It's so bizarre," Matthew Marsden wrote.

In another post, Hogg claimed that the media is not opposed to former President Donald Trump.

"I know trump always says the media is against him but the irony is they aren't. They actually desperately need a disaster of a president like him to boost their ratings," Hogg tweeted.

Leftist media figure Mehdi Hasan recently suggested imagining that the left had a "propaganda arm" targeting Trump's son-in-law, Jared Kushner.

"Imagine if liberals or the Dems had a nationwide messaging apparatus, an actual propaganda arm, which pumped out Jared Kushner’s name and alleged misdeeds daily, 100s of times," Hasan wrote. "Then you start to understand the messaging imbalance in this country & how GOP gets away with so much."

Hasan was making the comments in response to a post in which Aaron Rupar had written, "Hunter Biden has already been mentioned at least 104 times *this morning* on Fox News and Fox Business, according to a transcript search. It's not 10am eastern yet."
