VIDEO: Brawl breaks out on airliner, forcing pilot to intervene; at least 6 arrested

Video captured the moment a mid-air brawl erupted in chaos during a KLM Royal Dutch Airlines flight from England to the Netherlands on Thursday, TMZ has reported.

What are the details of the fight?

In the viral video, which has been viewed countless times across social media, at least one man can be seen pummeling a fellow passenger as others attempt to intervene.

From another angle, you can see at least four passengers grappling with one another across the seats while shouting.

The fracas intensifies to the point where one of the pilots is forced to address the fight in an attempt to break it up, as other passengers scream for the fighting to cease.

At least one person can be heard shouting, "Behave! This is an aircraft!"

The outlet reported that authorities arrested at least six passengers — all from England — when the flight arrived at its destination in Amsterdam.

It is unclear at the time of this reporting what officially sparked the fight.

The passenger who shared one of the videos, however, told the outlet that tension was "brewing the whole flight" after one of the passengers purportedly made a racist statement.

It is not known at this time if those involved in the brawl will face charges in connection with the fight.

Has the airline said anything about the in-air incident?

A spokesperson for the airline told LadBible that the fight did not trigger any delays.

"[Yesterday] We had some unruly passengers on our KLM 1070 flight from Manchester to Amsterdam," the statement read. "The captain and cabin crew put an end to a brawl between two groups of passengers. All involved were arrested upon arrival at Schiphol Airport. No delay occurred.KLM does not tolerate aggression against employees or passengers. We apologize to our passengers who may have been affected by the incident."
