Leftist mob attacks, harasses pro-Trump activists—one of whom is a black woman—as they eat breakfast

A leftist mob assaulted and harassed two prominent supporters of President Donald Trump as they were eating breakfast at a Philadelphia restaurant Monday morning.

Word apparently spread that Candace Owens and Charlie Kirk of Turning Point USA made the mistake of actually trying to have a meal at the Green Eggs Cafe in the city's celebrated "Gayborhood" at about 8 a.m., according to Philly Voice.

And within about half an hour, protesters pounced. No word on how the group afforded time away from their jobs.

“Water thrown on myself, they threw an egg at me," Kirk told Fox News' Sean Hannity later that day. "And here’s the interesting part: Candace and I were just minding our own business. We were just having a quiet breakfast, and they mobilized within 20 or 30 minutes. At least 50 of them came into the restaurant and started calling Candace a Nazi, which I can’t quite figure out how on earth they would come to that conclusion."

White leftists get racial with people of color they don't like

Owens, who is black, added that the all-white protesters — whom she characterized as Antifa members — tossed a number of racially charged exclamations at her, as well as to the mostly black and Hispanic police officers at the scene.

"The called us race traitors, they were saying 'F the police,' and they were saying that all police are racists," she added to Hannity.

In the below clip, the mob chants "F*** white supremacy" — among other thingsand chucks water on Kirk. (Content warning: Profanity):

Kirk added that the mob "drove us out of the restaurant, and Candace and I said, ‘You know what, let’s just stand here for a couple minutes and show them that we're not gonna back down.’ Very peacefully, we're not gonna retaliate if things get thrown at us. Little did we know we’d actually have stuff thrown at us."

Not to mention death threats, Kirk told Philly Voice.

Here's another clip. (Content warning: Profanity — and a flurry of screams at the end, akin to when leftists far and wide howled at the sky after Trump's inauguration. It's a hoot):

Police gave Kirk the chance to press charges, but he said he declined.

An ANTIFA Philadelphia tweet called Kirk a "neo-fascist" and said given he was in Philadelphia "in a heat wave so some hydration enthusiasts gave him a drenching."

Not to be outdone

On Saturday, during a conservative Back the Blue rally supporting police officers in the city, activist Scott Presler said his tires were slashed:

It's worth noting that the incident came on the heels of Owens' Twitter account getting temporarily blocked after she mimicked New York Times' editorial board member Sarah Jeong's tweets slamming white people — except Owens subbed in the words "black" and "Jewish."

“This is Maxine Waters’ America," Owens told Hannity. "We thought it was an important moment to show America exactly what we are fighting because not many people understand this is real. They’ve grown increasingly violent because they’re losing.”
