Jim Acosta is getting criticized for what he did at the Trump Kim Summit

CNN confirmed that it was their reporter Jim Acosta who yelled questions at President Donald Trump and North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un at their momentous summit Monday.

Here's what Acosta did

The pair came out of their one-on-one meeting and appeared at a balcony of a Singapore hotel before the media as they walked to the expanded bilateral meeting.

One reporter was heard yelling, "Mr. President, how is the meeting going so far, sir?"

"Very good," responded Trump. "Very very good. Excellent relationship. Thank you, thank you very much."

"Mr. Kim will you give up your nuclear weapons, sir?" the reporter shouted as they left.

Acosta posted video of the exchange on his social media account.

Here's a longer video of the interaction:

Some saw Acosta's behavior as another example of the attention-seeking that he's been accused of by critics of the mainstream media.

Trump supporter and Fox News guest Gina Loudon called him out.

Becket Adams of the Washington Examiner called him the "most annoying person in the White House press corps."

Acosta has been accused of bias by allies of the president for his combative and aggressive interactions with Trump administration representatives.

The historic meeting marked the first time a U.S. president met with the leader of the totalitarian North Korean regime. Many criticized the meeting for conceding legitimacy to a murderous dictator who was still committing heinous human rights abuses on his own citizens.
