Watch: Anti-Trump protester receives brutal dose of karma after he kicks tear gas at police

An anti-Trump protester suffered a hit to the groin with a pepper ball during a clash with police in Arizona on Tuesday — and the clip has gone viral.

The incident came as large crowds protested President Donald Trump, who was speaking at the Phoenix Convention Center.

Payback hurts

A clip of the incident shows a man wearing a gas mask kick a canister of tear gas at police, who were working to disperse large groups of rowdy protesters.

Just seconds after the protester kicked the gas, police shot a pepper ball at him — and it hit him square in the crotch. The man immediately fell to the ground in obvious pain. A fellow protester then runs in and helps the man up.

The incident was captured on live television:

Hundreds of anti-Trump protesters gathered outside the convention center where Trump delivered a campaign-style speech. Reports indicate the protests were mostly peaceful but intensified after Trump’s speech when protesters began attacking police.

"People in the crowd began fighting and throwing rocks and bottles at police," Sgt. Jonathan Howard, of the Phoenix Police Department, told CNN. "They also dispersed some gas in the area. Police have responded with pepper balls and oc (pepper) spray in an attempt to disperse the crowd and stop the assaults."

The reaction

The clip of the incident was shared on social media countless times and reaction was priceless:

Four people were arrested during the protests, according to KPHO-TV.
