Shame on You TV Land': Angry Fans of 'The Dukes of Hazzard' Taking Over Network's Facebook Page on Heels of Show's Removal

"TV Land just landed on my list of BLOCKED channels."

Since TV Land booted "The Dukes of Hazzard" off its programming schedule — presumably over the Confederate flag displayed on the roof of "The General Lee," the famous muscle car used on the show — fans of the program have not been happy.

And apparently thousands of them have been voicing their displeasure in an interesting way: They've essentially taken over several TV Land Facebook threads on other topics and flooded them with angry messages for shutting down "The Dukes of Hazzard."

A post on "Everybody Loves Raymond" got upstaged by Bo and Luke fans, with comments nearing 10,000 as of Friday:

An Emmy screening post? Same deal — over 5,700 comments and counting:

A "How I Met Your Mother" promo? Yup. More than 3,600 comments:

It isn't clear exactly how many comments on the TV Land threads refer to the removal of "The Dukes of Hazzard," but scrolling through each gives you an idea.
