One Fired, Three Suspended After Undercover Video Catches Obamacare 'Navigators' Offering Shocking Advice

"...yet another broken piece of a deeply flawed system."

The Urban League of Greater Dallas has reportedly fired one person and suspended three others after an undercover video from James O'Keefe's Project Veritas caught Obamacare "navigators" advising a potential applicant to "lie"and provide false information to get a lower premium and more subsidies.

In a statement Tuesday, the Urban League said it "does not condone, nor would we ever sanction, misleading the public or any individual who seeks our assistance about any issue, and particularly in this case, an issue as critical as health care," KDFW-TV reports.

A "part-time receptionist trainee" was fired, who was reportedly not authorized to speak on behalf of the Urban League or act as an Obamacare" navigator. Further, the organization said it condones "decertifying" the three "navigators-in-training" seen in the video.

Project Veritas released the highly edited video on Monday, sparking a social media uproar. The Urban League called on the group to release the full, unedited video for the "full context" of the comments in the video.

Sen. John Cornyn (R-Texas) condemned the behavior shown in the video, calling it "yet another broken piece of a deeply flawed system."

A spokesman for Texas Attorney General and gubernatorial candidate Greg Abbot said the "Obamacare navigator program is ripe for abuse."
