Kate Steinle, 32, was walking on a San Francisco pier with her dad on a peaceful summer day. A shot rang out, and she fell to the ground, dying in her father's arms soon after.

An illegal immigrant fired the gun that killed her, and he was acquitted of murder and manslaughter Thursday by a San Francisco jury. Glenn understandably had a lot of questions about this verdict on today's show.
