Listen: Jim Carrey does not seem OK in this interview – what’s going on?
September 12, 2017
You know him for his roles in “Dumb and Dumber” and “The Mask.” In a recent red carpet interview, actor Jim Carrey sounded as if he might still be lost in the world of “The Truman Show.”
Carrey was stopped by a reporter at a New York Fashion Week party on Friday.
“There’s no meaning to any of this,” he told E!’s Catt Sadler. “I wanted to find the most meaningless thing I could come to and join, and here I am.” He went on to tell her that “I don’t believe you exist.”
Doc Thompson and Kal Elsebai tried to decode the actor’s comments and unusual behavior on Tuesday’s “The Morning Blaze with Doc Thompson.”
“What are you doing there if it doesn’t matter?” Doc wondered. “I agree with him on some of this stuff; he’s acting weird, but he’s also being a hypocrite here.”
To see more from Doc, visit his channel on TheBlaze and listen live to “The Morning Blaze with Doc Thompson” weekdays 6–9 a.m. ET, only on TheBlaze Radio Network.
