Conservatives celebrate Earth Day by awesomely trolling radical environmentalists

Thousands of protestors across the country have taken to the streets to celebrate Earth Day and criticize President Donald Trump's plan to substantially cut government funding for climate-change programs. But while alarmists have been participating in their "March for Science" to "defend" science, which they claim is under attack, conservatives on social media have been busy pointing out the incredible hypocrisy of the radical-environmentalist movement.

“Happy #EarthDay from the United States Environmental Protection Agency,” wrote Lauren from Indiana, who included a picture of the EPA’s disastrous Gold King Mine spill.

Elizabeth Harrington, a writer for the Washington Free Beacon, wrote, “Your annual reminder #EarthDay” and included a link to the story of Ira Einhorn, one of Earth Day’s co-founders. Einhorn murdered his girlfriend and composted her inside a trunk in his closet in Philadelphia.

According to NBC News' report of the murder, "And so on Sept. 9, 1977, [Einhorn's girlfriend] went back to the apartment that she and Einhorn had shared in Philadelphia to collect her things, and was never seen again. When Philadelphia police questioned Einhorn about her mysterious disappearance several weeks later, he claimed that she had gone out to the neighborhood co-op to buy some tofu and sprouts and never returned."

One America News Network host Liz Wheeler pointed out the science is settled on abortion, but no one at the March on Science seems too concerned about that.

“But really... WHO in our country actually denies scientific fact? Abortion advocates? NOAA scientists who falsify data?” wrote Wheeler.

“REAL scientists don't want to prosecute people who question man made climate change. Lookin [sic] at you, @BillNye. #MarchForScience,” Wheeler also said, pointing to Nye’s suggestion in 2016 that it’s “appropriate” to prosecute people who actively say humans are not causing climate change.

Louder with Crowder host Steven Crowder pointed to liberals’ “science” hypocrisy as well.

“Happy #earthday from the EPA,” Julie wrote on Twitter, also pointing to EPA’s disastrous spill.
