ISIS claims responsibility for horrific Berlin attack

While many in the media are concerned with not jumping to conclusions, the Islamic State is claiming responsibility in the horrific attack in Berlin, Germany, Monday. Dozens were injured and at least nine are dead after a truck barreled through a Christmas market crowd. There are reports that a driver has been apprehended.

From the New York Post:

ISIS has claimed responsibility for the deadly Christmas market truck crash in Berlin, a report says.

The Iraqi Popular Mobilization Force tweeted that the terror group was taking credit for the incident, which left at least nine people dead at a major public market Monday.

The attack follows the ISIS-endorsed tactics of using trucks to run over crowds in the West, and mirrors the July terror attack in Nice, France.
