Tomi Lahren: The silent majority is getting louder

Hey Team Tomi!

Last week I walked into the lion’s den, AKA The Daily Show with Trevor Noah. Contrary to popular belief, I wasn’t, and am not angry. I had a good time and now consider Trevor to be a friend of mine. He sent me cupcakes yesterday, as a matter of fact. Yeah, you can disagree with someone and still be cool, that’s a thing! Let’s be honest, I knew I was walking into a crowd that was certainly not on Team Tomi (to put it mildly). I wonder if those on the Left or even Trevor Noah himself would be bold enough to confront that situation. Imagine what the mainstream would call an audience of Conservatives booing or jeering Mr. Noah? Fill in the blank. Nonetheless, I held my own and showed the world the kind of stones it takes to be a vocal, Conservative young lady. As Conservatives, we know the media is stacked against us. We know popular culture is often stacked against us. We know the narrative has been written without our voice despite our best efforts. Well, it’s time to change that. We might be the Silent Majority but it’s time we get a little louder. I’ll be doing just that when I sit down with Bill O’Reilly tonight on "The O'Reilly Factor” at 8pm ET on the Fox News Channel. Bill has played this game before and won. He knows how to take on the Left and the mainstream media without flinching or apologizing for his viewpoint. I admire his fearlessness. I’m excited to chat with him about my own Daily Show experience and taking on the “loving left.”
